Susan has been a full-time licensed real-estate agent since 1991 with solid experience and integrity. Her knowledge of real estate continues to grow with actual sales and with diligent, regular & advanced training in real estate, residential income properties, land use & related fields.
Her achievements have earned her the designation of International President's Elite (top 4% of Coldwell Banker Agents).
Education
Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service (International Relations). Graduate studies in Asian Studies & International History. Continuing education in real estate.

To Susan, every client presents an opportunity to share her experience, integrity, and diligence. Susan strives to nurture her relationships with her clients beyond the current deal. With this deeper outlook in mind, she proceeds to partner with her clients to help them achieve their goals, both short-term and long-term. This requires a lot of commitment and work on both the Realtor's side (Susan's) and that of the clients' but the rewards are worth the oftentimes arduous, demanding, and time-consuming process.

Personal Background
Susan has lived in the Bay Area for over four decades and has always been actively involved in the fabric of life in the City as a resident, a school parent, concerned community member and responsible world citizen. Susan's two children were born, raised & educated in public and private schools in San Francisco.
Susan dedicates time, expertise, & personal resources to various activities and community organizing including : REEF - community outreach effort initiated by the California Academy of Sciences (Executive Committee). She was an organizing committee member for the last two biennial Filipino-American BookFest (until Covid interrupted). She also coordinated with the UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism's Center for Investigative Reporting for a talk by Philippine non-fiction book awardee Raissa Robles.
On the City government side, Susan was a Board Member for 25 years of SF-based Philippine International Aid; was former Board Member of the Treasure Island Development Authority (City & County of San Francisco) for almost 7 years and its Vice Chair & Secretary for 2 years.
Susan was a delegate to the COMSTE Forum on Renewable Energy & the U.N. Industrial Development Organization/U.N. Environment Programme Conference on Green Industry both in September 2009.
Susan continues to be engaged in various international environmental and social justice causes.
